About the Role:

As a Remote Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of Amazon's top vendor partners. Your focus will be on building strong, collaborative relationships with these vendors, acting as a strategic advisor who helps them navigate the Amazon marketplace and unlock its full potential.

You'll wear many hats in this role, from onboarding new vendors and ensuring they're set up for success to providing ongoing strategic guidance and data-driven insights. You'll also work closely with other Amazon teams like Product, Sales, and Engineering to ensure our vendors have the resources and support they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with a portfolio of assigned vendor partners.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance and insights to help vendors achieve their business goals on Amazon.com.
  • Collaborate with vendors to develop and execute strategic business plans that maximize sales growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the end-customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities to improve vendor performance through data analysis and best practice sharing.
  • Proactively address vendor concerns and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders across various teams (Product, Sales, Engineering) to ensure vendors have the resources and support they need.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress towards business objectives.
  • Regularly gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform product roadmap decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a customer success, account management, or related role.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients or partners.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices is a plus.
  • Experience working with vendors in a B2B environment is a plus.

Experience:

This role is open to both experienced professionals and enthusiastic recent graduates. While relevant experience is a plus, we value strong potential and a willingness to learn.
