  • Manage vendor master data, ensuring its accuracy and completeness
  • Prepare and maintain vendor payment schedules, ensuring timely payments to suppliers
  • Conduct payment reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of payment records
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records
  • Prepare and submit accounts payable reports to management
  • Adhere to strict financial controls and internal audit procedures
  • Stay up-to-date on accounting regulations and best practices
